Below you will find a short overview of each of my Well-Being support, Birth Journey support, & 🌞✨🌙 Astrology🌙✨​🌞  offerings.  Services are normally available in Person &/or virtually.  Depending on circumstances, there are times when services may only be available virtually or on a hybrid (virtual plus limited in person) basis.  To learn more about any of these services, you can click on each picture to be taken to a page dedicated to that service.

Hatha Yoga with chanting (sound vibration); āsanas (physical poses); yoga nidrā (guided deep relaxation); prāṇāyāma (breathing practices); and brief meditation.  In addition to Hatha Yoga, other yoga offerings include "Therapeutic" (Restorative with extra wonderfulness 😉), Yin, Yoga Nidrā, and ​Prenatal Yoga.

Working with symbolic maps of celestial objects as a way to explore, understand, &/or find inspiration for themes related to identity, likes/dislikes, how one's mind works, strengths, challenges, personal transformation/growth/evolution; self-acceptance, self-love, self-compassion, bringing consciousness to one's relationships with others, and even decision-making, such as with "timing" techniques
In Person Service Area
(public-safety permitting)
My in person services are normally offered in and around San Francisco, CA on a mobile, in-home basis, meaning I offer my services at my clients' homes or offices, or, for Birth Doula services, that also includes the clients' chosen birthing locations. (Other locations may be available in special circumstances.). I also offer many of my services virtually (see further below).  ​
​Note: There may be travel charges to provide services in-person outside of San Francisco.  Please see my Rates pages for details.
Benefits of In-Home
(when in person support is safe)
As a Birth Doula, I typically support my clients in person on a mobile, in-home basis. Offering all of my other in-person services on an in-home basis benefits my clients by allowing them to:
  1. avoid the time, hassle, & expense of driving and parking,
  2. use time and energy that for more rewarding activities (such as integration, rest, other self-care, family time, etc.), and
  3. get a break from a computer or other electronic device
Virtual Services
(hybrid virtual & in-person may also be available)
As much as I love working with my clients in person, sometimes client preference makes virtual services more convenient/desirable, and/or public safety makes it a necessity.  Luckily, most of my Birth & Well-Being support services are also available virtually!

​Note: Massage / hands-on-bodywork services are only available in person, and in the event of a pandemic or other shelter-in-place circumstances, my hands-on bodywork / massage  offerings will be suspended until authorities have lifted the public safety restrictions and declared it safe to return to normal in person practice.  Guiding clients through DIY bodywork is still available virtually, even when hands-on bodywork is not.
