HOURLY RATES

Hourly Private Appointment Rates*
1 hour:       $180 (or $150 to $180 sliding scale if virtual appt.)
1.25 hour:  $220 (or $190 to $220 sliding scale if virtual appt.)
1.5 hour:    ​$260 (or $230 to $260 sliding scale if virtual appt.)
1.75 hour:  $300 (or $270 to $300 sliding scale if virtual appt.) 
2 hour:       $340 (or $310 to $340 sliding scale if virtual appt.) 
for each additional 15 minutes over 2 hours:  $36 (or $30 if virtual appt.)

  • Travel Charges:  A travel charge (for my travel costs and my travel time) may be required to provide in-person service in communities outside of San Francisco.  These travel charges may be reduced depending on location, appointment length, and/or day/time.  Please contact me for details.
  • Booking Hourly Services:  Please
    • Contact me by completing & submitting the form found here to schedule an appointment.  (If seeking an in person appointment outside of San Francisco, please specify that when contacting me.) 
    • Remit payment of my appointment service fee 48 hours before our appointment.  Please see my 48 Hour Cancellation Policy:, below.
      • I accept payment to my Zelle account and/or Apple Cash account.
    • Reimbursement of costs for any materials given at the appointment are due at the appointment -- for example, belly bandage, herbs, castor oil pack supplies which may be used in a birth Recovery Care appointment.
  • 48 Hour Cancellation Policy:  There are no refunds if you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or if you are a no show at your appointment.  In the event of a last minute illness or an unavoidable emergency which requires your cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, please contact me immediately so that we can come to an agreement which is respectful to both of us and of our respective needs and pre-existing commitments regarding rescheduling the appointment.
  • Financial Hardship:  My wish is that everyone who desires birth and/or well-being support has access to it.  If you are interested in working with me, but my fee would be a financial hardship, please contact me to discuss, as I may be able to offer you a reduced fee sliding scale based on SF Area Median Income.

Packages of Private Appointmentse
​* All appointments ("appts.") in package must be purchased at once and must be used within 3 months of purchase.  Unused appts. are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

  • Package of 3 appts.:  10% off regular rate
    • All 3 appts. at least 1.5 hours:  15% off regular rate
  • Package of 6 appts.:  15% off regular rate
    • All 6 appts. at least 1.5 hours:  20% off regular rate​
TRE® Small Group Appointment Rates* 
2 Participants (1.5 hour appt.):  $180 each (saving $80 each)
3 or 4 Participants (1.75 hour appt.):  $165 each (saving $135 each)

*If you have already had a private TRE® session with me, you're entitled to an additional $25 off of my small group TRE® session rate.
