HOURLY RATES

Hourly Rates*
1 hour:       $150 (or $125 to $150 sliding scale if virtual appt.)
1.25 hour:  $185 (or $160 to $185 sliding scale if virtual appt.)
1.5 hour:    ​$220 (or $195 to $220 sliding scale if virtual appt.)
1.75 hour:  $250 (or $225 to $250 sliding scale if virtual appt.) 
2 hour:       $280 (or $255 to $280 sliding scale if virtual appt.) 
$25 for each additional 15 minutes over 2 hours

*Additional Terms & Details:
  • Travel Charges:  A travel charge (for my travel costs and my travel time) may be assessed to provide in-person service in communities outside of San Francisco.  These travel charges may be reduced if clients book an appointment longer than 2 hours and/or agree to schedule visits on certain days/times.  Please contact me for details.
  • Booking an Hourly Services:  Please contact me here to schedule an appointment and remit payment of my service fee 48 hours before the appointment.  Reimbursement of costs for any materials given at the appointment are due at the appointment -- for example, belly bandage, herbs, castor oil pack supplies which may be used in a birth Recovery Care appointment.
  • 48 Hour Cancellation Policy:  There are no refunds if you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or if you are a no show at your appointment.  In the event of a last minute illness or an unavoidable emergency that requires your cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, please contact me so that we can come to an agreement that is respectful to both of us and of our respective needs and pre-existing commitments.
  • Financial Hardship:  My wish is that everyone who desires birth and/or well-being support has access to it.  If you are interested in working with me, but my fee would be a financial hardship, please contact me to discuss, as I may be able to offer you a reduced fee sliding scale based on SF Area Median Income.

Packages & Groups
Packages of Private Appointments
​All appointments ("appts.") in package must be purchased at once and must be used within 1 year of purchase.  Unused appts. are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.   

Package of 3 appts.*:  10% off regular rate
Package of 6 appts.*:  15% off regular rate

*All appointments must be at least 1 hour in length, but you can mix & match the length of appointments. For example, if you wanted to buy a package that includes a 1.5 hour, 1.25 hour, and 1 hour appointment, that package price would be

TRE® Small Group Appointment Rates* 
2 or 3 Participants (1.5 hour appt.):  $130 each (saving $90 each)
4 or 5 Participants (1.75 hour appt.):  $100 each (saving $140 each)

*If you have already had a private TRE® session with me, you're entitled to an additional $25 off of my small group TRE® session rate.
