Virtual Consultant (6 Appts., 10 prenatal yoga classes, Check-Ins During Birthing): $1,800
Birth (5 Appts., On Call for & Support Birth, & more):      $2,600
Birth + 10 hours of Birth Recovery services:    $3,400
Birth + 20 hours of Well-Being services:   $4,000
  Birth + 20 hours of Postpartum Doula services: $3,550
Later Add-On of 20 hours of Well-Being services:   $1,800
Later Add-On of 20 hours as Postpartum Doula: $1,050

All Other Services (minimum 1 hour appts.): $150/hour

Travel Charges: A travel charge (my travel costs and my travel time) may be assessed to provide service in communities outside of San Francisco. These travel charges will be waived or reduced if clients agree to schedule visits on certain days/times. Please contact me for details.
Booking My Doula Services: A non-refundable deposit of 60% and my signed contract are required to commit my calendar as your Doula. Payment of the remaining balance is due 3 months before your estimated due date.
Financial Hardship: My wish is that everyone who desires the support of a Doula has access to one. If you are interested in working with me as your Doula, but my fee would be a financial hardship, please contact me to discuss, as I may be able to offer you a reduced fee sliding scale based on SF Area Median Income.

**Postpartum Doula appointments are only available to my Birth Doula clients who need a little extra support in or outside of the home, and reflect a significant discount off of my normal hourly rates. (Postpartum Doula appointments do not include my Recovery Care or Well-Being services.)

Returning Doula Clients

The returning Birth Giver may receive a free 10-class pass for my online group prenatal yoga classes.

My current Birth Doula package may be configured differently from the last time we worked together. My rates will likely have gone up, too, to reflect rising cost of living, new trainings and certifications, experience, etc. If my current rate will pose a financial hardship, please do not let that be an obstacle, as we can likely make an adjustment to the package (such as reducing the prenatal &/or postpartum appointments &/or a reducing the fee on a sliding scale based on SF Area Median Income.)

Doula Client Referrals

~ Appreciation for Referrals to my Birth Doula Services ~

First Referral: The first time you refer a ("new") Birth Doula client who honors their Doula contract with me, you may join one of my online group yoga classes for FREE and/or one of my online group Self-Breema® classes for FREE, if you register within 30 days of notice.*
2nd Referral: The second time you refer a ("new") Doula client who honors their Doula contract with me, you may receive 50% off of a 60 minute Breema® appointment (which could include Breema Bodywork® and/or Self-Breema® instruction) if scheduled within 60 days of notice.*
3rd + Referrals: The third and subsequent time you refer a ("new") Doula client who honors their Doula contract with me, you may receive 25% off of a 60 minute Breema® appointment (which could include Breema Bodywork and/or Self-Breema® instruction) if scheduled within 60 days of notice.*

*NOTE: I will notify you (at the last known phone # or email address I have for you) both 1.) when you are eligible for the discounted or free session and 2.) when the offer expires. In order for me to track your eligibility for the discount, the clients whom you refer to my business must inform me that they were referred by you. To facilitate this, my intake process does include asking how new clients found me.
